Lately, I've noticed a huge ABUNDANCE of pug dog paintings and other pug dog art. Since I'm usually 'the last to know', I wondered why artists were painting all things Pug - pugs in tubs, pugs walking, pugs talking, pugs working in offices, the sky raining pugs, pugs everywhere. Well, last night our neighbor came by with her new pug Addie. What a cutie! She was the cutest thing I ever saw. Our neighbor's theory as to their popularity: They are good small pets for apartments and small living spaces. Makes sense, doesn't it, in these condo days. Rather than posing for the camera, Addie was more interested in her new pink collar and pink leash, very haute coutiere, oui oui!
