Yellow

Here's the brilliant yellow wild asparagus that I've been coveting. Yesterday Rick and I stopped along the highway so I could pick one for myself. I'm obsessed with the brilliant yellow this fall. I know I'm not quite as crazy as I thought, because I got a call from a friend today who said "Have you seen how brilliantly yellow the wild asparagus is this year? I'm picking myself a bunch." Maybe it's the weather conditions this year, eh? The little red, green and dusty blue berries look amazing against the yellow. Anyway, I hope to make these all into a yellow Green Man before they all dry up. I'd better hurry now....
